AI that actually solves your problems
I help commercial teams use AI to fix what's not working. Through training, building, or both.
Let's talkThe Problem
AI sounds great in theory. But when it comes to actually using it, most teams get stuck at the same point: where do we even start?
The opportunity is too broad. The tools are too general. And the gap between "AI could help with that" and actually solving the problem feels massive.
The real questions are specific: What's taking too long? What's not working? What does your team keep failing to hit? What tools do you already use that don't give you what you need?
These questions exist in every business. AI genuinely can help answer them. But only if someone connects the technology to the actual problem.
What I Do
I work with commercial teams in two ways:
Build
Got a specific business problem? I use AI-powered development tools to build real solutions. Apps, automations, workflows. Without the overhead of a traditional dev team. Fast, practical, built to your spec.
Train
Want your team to do this themselves? I run hands-on training that takes people from "I've heard of ChatGPT" to genuinely capable. Prompting, prototyping, automating, creating.
Often it's both: I'll build something with you, then make sure your team can run and extend it.
Why Me
I'm not an engineer or a designer. I'm a commercial leader who's spent 15 years in analytics and tech businesses. Including time at Google and running startup businesses.
Last year I built an AI-powered coaching platform from scratch: the product, the app, the brand, the content. I used AI tools to do work that would've previously required a dev team, a designer, and a copywriter.
That means I understand the business problems you're trying to solve. And I know how to use AI to actually solve them. No middleman. No translation layer.
